Excellent!

Extremely well narrated. Being an American, enjoyed a contemporary crime case in Wales. Enjoyed the characters & learning how detectives operate differently there.

Excellent Welsh crime story

I love the Wale’s coastline and spirit of the Welsh people, plus an excellent, unanticipated story & ending.

Quite a surprise

I wasn’t sure what to expect. The story was interesting, the characters were developing well, and the Welsh narration was an added plus. I look forward to the next book.

character story relates to current national issues.

Brilliant

My hope is that fans of British & Irish crime mysteries
don't miss this book. Hats off to the Author.
Wish there was a 2nd book in this series available.
I have traveled the coastal path in this book which made it most enjoyable for the accuracy in the landscape.

History had me wondering -but not that scary.

It was kind of not really believable in the end. I liked it up until they found the people in the cave that seemed not real.
